MLM Lead Generation with Business Common Sense

How important is it for you to have the ability to generate leads for your MLM Business?

If you take a look at traditional businesses, most of them spend a large part of their budget in Advertising.
Whether that be Traditional Advertising, like Billboards, Newspaper, TV, or Radio ads or in today's culture, Online Advertising.

Doesn't it make sense that when you're building a MLM Business, a large part of your budget would be spent in advertising too?

Businesses thrive on potential leads who turn into long term customers.
Customers are the life blood of all businesses.

So how valuable would the skill of Generating Leads for your MLM Business be to you?

If you are able to learn this skill and are able to teach it to your organization, your MLM Business would grow very quickly.

Take a a look at your current training within your company or team.  If you have an upline who is mentoring you on how to generate your own leads for your business, consider yourself very fortunate since not all companies or teams have a training program in place to teach new associates to generate leads for themselves.

Some teams in the industry just have their new associates contact all of their friends and family to get them on a 3-way call with their mentor with the intention to hard sell them into the business.

If you are struggling building your MLM business, check out the Lead Generation Course found on MLM Complete Package.

This invaluable skill is something that may be holding you back from the success in MLM you are looking for.

MLM CRM: Follow-Up and Close

When you're building an MLM business, what do you do to keep track of which prospects you need to follow up with and which people are nearing the closing process?

Chances are you are using some sort of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to help you keep track of the people you talk to about your business.

If you are currently not using one, I'm sure you may have experienced how overwhelming it can be to keep track of everything with just a written planner.

When you're making calls for your business, it's great to be able to look back on your CRM and see what was discussed previously, what the next step would be, and any additional notes about the person that would be helpful in getting to the next step of the process.

There are a lot of CRM systems out there that can do a good job in the corporate or sales world, but there are very few CRMs that are built specifically for the MLM Industry.

If you find yourself loosing track of appointments, next action items, follow ups and closing, check out the MLM Complete Package Contact Manager.

You can Sign Up for a Free Account, test out the system for yourself and see if it is a resource worth investing in.

Lead Generation for Your MLM Business?

When you joined your MLM Company, did your upline mentor tell you of a business plan on how you were going to generate leads for your business?

All businesses need qualified people to talk to in order for their businesses to grow.
Think in terms of a traditional business.

Some people may just be looking and the timing isn't right for them to buy yet.  They may just be in their research phase before they make the decision to buy.  Not everyone will be ready to buy the first time they walk into a store.
When you think about your own buying habits; how often do you buy something when you stop in a business?  Most people want to check out the item they are looking to purchase, do some research, and come back when they're ready to afford the item.

Its the same when you're talking to leads for your MLM business.  The timing may not be right for them yet, they may want to do more research and get their questions answered before they begin, and it is rare for people to join during the first conversation they have with you.

Having more people to talk to increases your chances for sponsoring people into your MLM business.
Do you have a current plan in order to have more Qualified Leads to talk to?

If  you're current upline is having you buy opportunity leads, they may be doing a disservice to you, as mentioned in the Video above.  Its better to have just a small handful of Qualified people to talk to rather than A Lot of people who are just vaguely interested.

There are a couple of ways that you can generate leads for your MLM business without having to rely on Just your personal network of Friends and Family.

Lead Cooperatives sponsored by your upline can help.
Or you can develop the skillset of Lead Generation for yourself.

It would be great if you have an Upline who can Teach You this skillset, but not all uplines in the MLM community are the same.  Some may not even know how to generate leads for themselves, let alone able to teach this skill to their downline.

If you are struggling with talking to qualified people about  your MLM business, I encourage you to take a look at the Lead Generation course offered at MLMCompletePackage.com

Its a comprehensive course that teaches you the basics, intermediate, and advanced strategies for Online Lead Generation specifically for the MLM Industry.

Invest in Yourself and develop the skillsets you need to become a successful Network Marketer.

MLM Complete Package System

Do you have a System in place to help you build your MLM business?

Systems are helpful to keep track of appointments, leads and their lead sources, notes, next contact date, and where they are in the pipeline

Without a system in place, it's difficult to keep track of all the people you talk to.

With different types of advertising out there, it hard to keep track of which lead sources have been working best for building your business.

If you don't have one in place that is provided to you from your Network Marketing team, MLM Complete Package can help you with one.

The MLM Complete Package system is very comprehensive; it has a contact manager for customers and team members, calendar for next appointments, activity tracker, training, and lead cooperatives.

Building MLM: Should You Focus on Recruiting or Getting Customers?

When you're building your MLM business, do you focus solely on Recruiting New Distributors or Building a Customer Base?

There are a lot of advice from different leaders in the MLM world; some say that in order to become successful, you have just Recruit, Recruit, Recruit, while others may say you need to build a strong customer base to become successful.

So which is the best way to Build MLM?

Let's take a look at this situation using a business common sense approach.

When looking into buying a Franchise, would you only focus on opening new stores and not selling your product?
That would be like wanting to open more Subway stores, without selling any sandwiches.

From a business perspective, Does This Really Make Sense?

It's the same when building a MLM business.  You shouldn't focus purely just on Recruiting (similar to opening new stores), it makes more sense to build a loyal customer base before going on to open new stores.

Without any focus on building a customer base who loves your product or service, people may perceive your MLM business as a "Pyramid Scheme" when that is not the case.

If you're struggling with getting customers your MLM products , I would recommend checking out the Customer Endorsement Course at MLM Complete Package.com

Learning how to get customers for your business is just a skill that can be taught with the right mentorship and training.

If you feel like you're lacking in this skill set, get the course and continue learning how to build a business.

MLM Objection Handling: Are You Handling Objections Correctly?

Objections always come up in conversations about joining an MLM business.

Receiving them isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's only bad if you haven't learned how to answer them in a way that a prospect can receive all of the information they need in order to make an informed decision on joining your MLM business.

Objections are actually a good sign, after you have established that you are talking to someone who is interested in learning more about your business opportunity.  Questions that come up are a sign that they are considering it but have a few questions or concerns they want to clear up before feeling good about joining.

The key in handling objections correctly is actively listening to what concerns they have and asking more questions to get to the root of their objection.

Once you have dug underneath the surface of their objections, it's easier to know which objection they really have.
Most people will not be up front with you in telling you what their concerns are, which is why it is very important to learn how to ask questions and communicate.

The best way to deal with objections is to sharpen your Communication Skills.

Communicating effectively is the best way to find out what concerns and real questions a person has about joining your business.

If you dont have the skills to bring these concerns to the surface and have them answered, your prospect will decide not to join your MLM Business because they still have these questions in the back of their mind.

If you're having a tough time with objections, work on developing your communication skills.
MLM Complete Package has a great course to help you sharpen your communication skills and may just be what you need to develop to have the success you have been working towards.

The Complete Networker: Business Common Sense for Network Marketers

If you're new to or have been around the Network Marketing industry a while, you've seen marketing and advertising that presents the industry in a way where you can have a Big House, Fancy Car, and Lots of Money very quickly.

Some people may fall for the Hype and join the Industry, only to quit a few months or a few weeks later.
Why?

Mainly because their expectations of building that dream lifestyle of theirs within a few months haven't been met.

It amazes me that people come into this industry thinking that it will only take a few months to become successful.
If you take any skill you want to learn, whether that be learning how to play the guitar, learning how to breakdance, or how to become a black belt in a martial art.  It would take a few months to a few years to learn the basics first and 5-10 years to really become a Master of it.

This also applies in learning the skills to building a successful Network Marketing business.

In learning different skills, it helps to have a Mentor to be there to guide you and point out lessons you can learn from, rather than trying to figure things out all on your own.

Becoming a  successful Network Marketer takes time and Mentorship to help you grow.

In the beginning, everyone isn't great and everyone goes through growing pains when they're trying to pick up a new skill.  No one is perfect right off the bat.

So in order to be able to become a successful Networker, you just have to put in the time learning the basic skills needed to build the business and continue to learn and grow as you would learning the guitar, breakdancing, or becoming a better martial artist.

Continued training and perseverance are crucial.

It is also important to pick the right mentors to learn from.

Not all mentors in Network Marketing are the same and not all of them can effectively teach you the skills you need to build this business.

I have found that the Complete Networker Book teaches people how to build a Network Marketing business through Business Common Sense.

If you've been taught to market and communicate success in this industry through hype only to be disappointed a few months later, you still have to learn the basics to becoming a successful Network Marketer and you may have to take a look into who you are learning from.

Is your mentor teaching you skills that are leading to results or are they just letting you figure things out for yourself since they are not able to teach you these skills?

If you're tired of the Hypey non-sense check out Chris Lopez's and Jason Wells' book The Complete Networker.  They have both built successful Network Marketing Businesses, with over ten years of experience and they have been able to teach other people to have successes of their own in a non-hype business common sense approach to building their businesses.

It may be the key you need to helping you succeed and create your own success story.

MLM Goal Setting: How to Achieve Your MLM Goals

Do you find it difficult to achieve the goals you set for yourself when building your MLM Business?

When starting your MLM business, sometimes we set income goals for ourselves such as "I want to make this much money by the end of the year."

Setting goals this way can actually deter new MLM distributors from building their business.
Set for yourself an Activity Focused Action Plan rather than an Outcome Focused plan.

If you set a goal to sponsor 8 distributors before the end of the month and don't hit that number by months end, you get discouraged and will want to quit building your business once you realize you are no where near where you want to be by the end of the year.

Setting Activity action plans will give you the best setup for success.

Once you develop the skills you need to build your business and know which activities bring certain results, then it becomes easier to build your MLM business.

Goal Setting based on Outcome becomes discouraging to new distributors when they don't hit the numbers they want.

These types of goals is not something that distributors can accomplish on a consistent basis.  There is no guarantee that new distributors will be able to sponsor that many people on a monthly basis.  What they can do is set goals on activities that will give you the best chance to hit that number.

For example, setting the goal to talk to 80 people per month about their business.
Activity Focused Goals are goals that you can cross off no matter what.  It falls completely on your shoulders on getting these goals done.

Setting goals on the Activity of your business helps new distributors to gain the confidence they need to continue building their business.

Learn more about setting Activity Focused Goals by checking out the Goal Setting Course  found on MLM Complete Package.com

Outcome goals are not accomplished consistently because there are many things in life that can distract us from building our business.  Life Happens.  Things come up that we don't expect... a lost job, family emergencies, death in the family.

If you focus on Activity Goals, you can make the most of the time that you have and still accomplish the business building goals you set for yourself, without getting discouraged in the process.

How to Get Customers for Your MLM Business

Have you ever wondered how to get customers for your MLM Business without feeling like you're bugging your friends and family?

One way teaches new distributors to constantly pitch their products to their friends and family and if they get enough numbers, someone will eventually buy.

There's a fundamental lesson about human nature that your upline may have not taught you if you are doing this...

And that is:
People don't like being Sold To, but Everyone Loves to Buy.

So the question is, how do you present your products in a way where people would love to Buy them, rather than feel like they're being Sold To.

The answer lies in having a Real Conversation.

When you're having conversations with people, keep an ear open for something that they say that is relevant to bringing up your products.

They will either ask you, "What do you do?" or an opportunity arises in your conversation.

If you give them your Short Endorsement Script, you can gauge if that person is interested in hearing more about your products if they ask you questions after saying your short endorsement script.

Someone who is Not interested would not ask you a question and someone who is interested would ask you a question.

Your short endorsement script is a way to use curiosity in a way that would get them interested in what you have to say next, if your product can help solve a problem they are having.

For example, if they ask, "What do you do?"
A short endorsement script could be, "I market a product for people who have low energy throughout the day, like me.  Do you know anyone who would be interested in a product like that?"

If they're curious for themselves, they will ask a question about it.  If not, then just continue with the conversation.

If you are looking to learn how to use a short endorsement script to sell your MLM products, then check out the Customer Endorsement Course found at MLM Complete Package.com

This course breaks down the different parts found in a Customer Endorsement Script and how to use it effectively in your everyday conversations.

Just another skill to help you build your future success story.

MLM Closing: Learn the Skill of Asking Questions

Once you have found a person who is open to your business opportunity, now what?

How do you lead them through the process to get them signed up in your business?

If you have listened to your prospect carefully, by now you should have a mental note of their reasons Why they want to start a business.

What desire or problem does the person, you are speaking with, have and how can your business help them?
Validate their reasons why they want to start their business and use your skill of Asking Questions to bring them into your business.

Asking Questions is a skill that people take for granted, but it helps us to clarify where someone is in the process and what you will need to do with them next.

-Have they looked at the information you gave them?
-Do they need More information?
-Do they Not need any more information?

Before you can get to the close step of the process, you have to ask them questions to dig out any objections that they may have but are not telling you.  It may be thoughts in the back of their minds that are holding them back from starting.

It may be thoughts like, "I don't think I can afford it", "I don't think I have the time", "its too expensive", or "I'm not sure if I can trust you."

Once these questions and concerns have been answered, they will feel better and will be ready to join your business.  The trick is finding out which concerns and thoughts are in your prospects mind, which they haven't said to you yet, but are still there.

You do this by increasing your ability to Communicate and knowing how to Ask Questions.

As your prospects move further into the process, you will know when they're ready to get started when they start asking you Closing Questions.

These questions include:
-What do we do now?
-Whats next?
-How do we get started?

Learning the skill of closing and asking questions comes down to your ability to Communicate.
If you're stuck in developing this skill and haven't found the training you need in increasing this ability from your company or upline.

I would recommend checking out the Communication Course found in MLMCompletePackage.com

Breaking down the subtleties of Communication is something that the authors of the course, Chris Lopez and Jason Wells have done a fantastic job on.

Learning how to Close people into your MLM business is a skill that can be learned by just learning how to ask questions.

Remember, you're only just a few skills away from your own personal success story.

MLM Recruiting: 3 Steps to Avoid Those Awkward Conversations

Have  you ever thought of bringing up your MLM business in a conversation but didn't know How to bring it up or When it was appropriate to do it?

As MLM Distributors and Network Marketers, sometimes we get so fixated on wanting to build our businesses that we don't realize that people we talk to don't share the same passion we found for the MLM/ Network Marketing Industry.

It's painful to want to bring up your business, because you want to recruit them, only to find that they have no interest at all in what you have to say.

It really boils down to one thing to Avoid those Awkward Conversations...

Are You Actually Communicating With Them?

As MLM Distributors, you want everyone to be excited as you are about your business opportunity that you may get fixated on Sharing your opportunity with Everyone.

There's a huge mistake in that approach.

Are They Actually Interested in What You Have to Offer?

Not Everyone is going to be interested your business opportunity.  It may not be the right time for them.  They may be completely happy with what they are currently doing or they may just not be open to it.   That is Completely Fine.
The issue is Finding and Talking to people that ARE interested in what you have to Offer.

People are not interested in the Business Opportunity itself.  People want to know How your MLM business can Help them with a problem they are facing now.

If the conversation leads to them saying something like, "I need to make some extra money to put my kids through college" or "My retirement account tanked, I need to do something to make sure I can retire."  Then there is a desire to find a solution to their problem that your business can help with.

When talking to people, listen to their needs, wants and desires and present your business opportunity as a solution to help them solve their problems.

The Solution in avoiding awkward conversations comes down to your ability to Communicate with them and see if there is a way to help them with your opportunity.

After you go through your Short Business Endorsement,  at the end of the conversation there are 3 Steps you can Lead them to

The:
1.  Develop Step
2. Introduce Step
3. Not Interested Step

Once you begin to become aware of your own communication and what your prospect is Really saying behind their words, you can Avoid Those Awkward Conversations by not bringing up your business opportunity to people who are not interested in what you have to offer.

A course that I highly recommend if you want to avoid those awkward conversations, when you're recruiting for your  MLM business, is the Business Endorsement Course found at MLM CompletePackage.com
The creators of this Course have boiled down communication training into a no nonsense way to apply it to to your business building efforts.

Invest in Yourself and get the training you need to Increase your ability to Communicate.

You're Always just a Few Skills Away from Your Success.

MLM Sponsoring: The Bigger Picture

When you're speaking with people throughout your day, there are two main ways for you to be able to talk to them about your business.

If you want to sponsor them into your MLM business, you don't want to be the person who starts the conversation by telling them how great your MLM business is.

People get turned off when you do this.

They will either want to change the subject or make up an excuse to leave and end the conversation.
If you want to bring up your business in a conversation, wait and listen for one of these two things that can happen:

1.  Someone asks you, "What do you do?"
2.  Something is said in the conversation where your business can help them.

When someone asks you, "What do you do?"

Instead of talking about your job and what you do for a living, make your response about what you do for your MLM business.

For example:
"I have a Nutrition Business.  What do you do?"
If someone is interested in hearing more about it, then they'll ask you a question and you can explain further more about what you do.

If they don't ask you anything more about it, then just continue with the conversation and don't speak about your business.

Jason Wells and Chris Lopez came up with a course that teaches the subtle conversation skills you can learn to endorse your MLM Business and sponsor the people who are interested in learning more about your opportunity.
If you want to Sponsor more people into your MLM Business, you may want to check out this course.

It can teach you the skills you need to develop to bring the topic of your business into a conversation without getting a lot of resistance from people who are not interested in what you have to offer.
You will be able to determine which people are open to hearing about your business and which people have no interest.

When you are able to determine which people are open to hearing more about your MLM opportunity, you will be able to sponsor more people into your business because they are open to hearing about how your opportunity can change their lives.

When you are able to make this distinction, you'll never have to "Sell Steak to a Vegetarian" ever again.
If you want to learn more skills and training that can make you a better MLM Sponsor

Your MLM Sponsoring success story is only a few skills away...

The Missing Step That Might Be Holding You Back from Sponsoring A New Distributor

There's one step that most mlm distributors seem to miss before introducing their opportunity to a potential prospect.

Without this One step, it will seem that you are being a pushy sales man who is just out to get into to pockets of someone.

No one wants to feel like they are being SOLD to but everyone Wants to BUY.
So the problem is...  How do you avoid making someone feel like they're being Sold to and instead get them excited to Buy what you have to offer?

Its a simple step called the Develop Step.

When you're speaking with a new person about your opportunity it seems that sometimes we can get really passionate about the opportunity and say all of these facts and stories about a company which may or may not be of interest to the person you're talking to.

So the first step would be determining if you are speaking with someone who has an interest in what you have to say.

You never want to Sell a Steak to a Vegetarian.

They wouldn't buy it.

All the effort of explaining how great the steak is, how it came from a particular slice of beef only found in a specific part of the world would not mean anything to a Vegetarian.
Its not any different when you're trying to present a network marketing opportunity to someone who has no interest in building a business.

With the Develop Step, Chris Lopez and Jason Wells explain in the MLM Complete Networker Course, you find out how you can introduce your business opportunity to people that are interested in what you have to say.
Without having to feel like a pushy salesman and burning bridges in the process.

You can learn more about the Develop Step at MLMCompletePackage.com
It might just be what you're missing in your journey to success.
