MLM Recruiting: 3 Steps to Avoid Those Awkward Conversations


Have  you ever thought of bringing up your MLM business in a conversation but didn't know How to bring it up or When it was appropriate to do it?

Are You Actually Communicating With Them?

As MLM Distributors, you want everyone to be excited as you are about your business opportunity that you may get fixated on Sharing your opportunity with Everyone.

There's a huge mistake in that approach.

Are They Actually Interested in What You Have to Offer?

Not Everyone is going to be interested your business opportunity.  It may not be the right time for them.  They may be completely happy with what they are currently doing or they may just not be open to it.   That is Completely Fine.
The issue is Finding and Talking to people that ARE interested in what you have to Offer.

People are not interested in the Business Opportunity itself.  People want to know How your MLM business can Help them with a problem they are facing now.

If the conversation leads to them saying something like, "I need to make some extra money to put my kids through college" or "My retirement account tanked, I need to do something to make sure I can retire."  Then there is a desire to find a solution to their problem that your business can help with.

When talking to people, listen to their needs, wants and desires and present your business opportunity as a solution to help them solve their problems.

The Solution in avoiding awkward conversations comes down to your ability to Communicate with them and see if there is a way to help them with your opportunity.
